Addendums

To submit an offer for a corporate owned property, please include the following:

Signed sales agreement (PA State Contract)
Proof of Funds or Pre-Approval
Hand Money check made payable to Keller Williams
Any special addendums for the particular property you are submitting the offer for (see below)
Signed Agent Instruction Page (Included in each addendum package below)
FAX ALL OFFERS TO 412-223-4323

Be aware, most questions are answered by downloading and reading the addendums and the instruction page. Refer to MLS listing for correct addendum set. It will be listed in the remarks section of the listing page. Please read all addendums to keep calls to a minimum. Please refer all questions to your broker prior to contacting listing agent with questions on how to fill out the addendums. That is what your broker is there for.
